Community Guidelines

Last updated September 11, 2026

Be real

Use your own recent photos and be honest about your age and who you are. Catfishing, stolen photos, and fake profiles get removed.

Be decent

Not everyone is your type, and that is fine. Racism, body shaming, transphobia, HIV stigma, ageism, and abuse toward anyone are not. A simple "not for me" or no reply at all is always enough.

Consent, every time

Ask before sending explicit photos. Take no for an answer the first time. Never share screenshots, photos, or private details of another member without their permission.

18 and over only

Tappd is strictly for adults. Any content involving a minor is reported to the authorities and the account is permanently removed.

No selling

No escorting, no drug sales, no scams, no crypto pitches, no promoting other services in your profile or messages.

Health talk stays respectful

Sharing a sexual health status is optional and personal. Never shame someone for theirs, and never out anyone's status to another member.

Look after yourself when meeting up

Meet in public first if you can. Tell a friend where you are going. Trust your gut and leave if something feels off. Nobody on Tappd is entitled to your time or your body.

Report it

Use Block and Report on any profile. Reports are confidential and the other member is never told. Serious reports lead to account removal, and we contact law enforcement when someone is in danger.

These documents are a starting draft written in plain English. Have a lawyer in your state review them before Tappd opens to the public.
