Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tappd account from inside the app. Open Tappd, go to Settings, then tap Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. If you change your mind after confirming, you will need to create a new account.

When your account is deleted, your profile, photos, private albums, messages, Taps, favorites, venue activity, and other account information are removed from the app and our active systems.

We may keep a limited amount of information when we are required or permitted to do so by law, or when it is necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. This might include records related to purchases, reports, or legal obligations.

Any information we keep is stored securely and only for as long as needed for those specific purposes.
